Anonymous asked: What makes you happy?
i think about what people will be like after i die sometimes. I think about how people who thought they knew me will talk about my qualities and how i’ll be missed. And i think of those who really do know me and how they will tell good stories about me to themselves and how for once they wont remember just the bad things i’ve done they will remember some good things. that makes me happy.
also, old songs i forgot about but still remember all the lyrics. um, coffee and cigarettes, missing someone for a good reason, when she smiles half way through the kiss because she is so happy to have my lips on hers. and being asked seemingly simple questions that make you think.
your turn
“What are you listening to?” the boy asked. He was too young to know better so I tried not to hold it against him.
“It’s Elliott Smith.” I answered.
“Oh.” His cubby jaw slacked under his fat cheeks and empty eyes. “Why does he sound sad?”
“Well, he was a sad man. That’s why.”
“But why was he sad?”…
also just took a break from research paper writing & i’m looking up jobs & internships at disney & they’re all in california & require an illustration/animation degree & fuckkkk.
this is because i can spell confusion with a “K” and i and like it.
